Are you looking for on-line CEU’s? In case you are ….On the NAB website there is an opportunity to earn 4 CEUS online. To access the webinar Refresher Course. Go to www.nabweb.org, then click on: “Administrators” You will see: “Earn 4 CEU’s online with NAB’s Long Term Care Refresher Courses”…Then choose one of the two options: 1) The Residential Care/Assisted Living Administrator Refresher Course or 2) The Nursing Home Administrator Refresher Course. Any CEU’s approved by NAB are automatically accepted by the NCIA Board. The cost is $75.

Registration and Housing is available online for the 61st NATIONAL American Health Care Association Annual Convention & Expo in Long Beach, CA on October 10-13, 2010. The distribution of their room block within the participating convention hotels is different this year due to the smaller size of the hotels. Consequently the headquarter hotel, the Hyatt Regency Long Beach, has already sold out. However, they still have plenty of room reservations available at the eight additional hotels in our room block. For information on the other hotels in the block, please visit the AHCA National convention website. If you still wish to stay at the Hyatt, please contact national AHCA’s Housing Office at (866) 227-1876 and request to be placed on the waitlist for the Hyatt.
