Register Now for AHCA's 2009 Conferences

We are pleased to announce the dates and locations for our 2009 major conferences. The Spring Leadership Conference will be held Monday and Tuesday, March 23 & 24, 2009 at the Marriott University Park Hotel in Tucson. This conference will be attended by 150 long term care leaders (nursing home administrators, owners, regional directors, assisted living managers and directors of nursing) and 31 exhibitors.

Our Annual Conference & Trade Show will be held Tuesday through Thursday,
August 25 - 27, 2009
at the beautiful Renaissance Glendale Hotel & Spa. This conference will attract about 400 attendees, plus 80 exhibitors.

We are pleased to offer special rates to our valued Business Affiliates. In addition, there is an incentive to register and pay (via check or credit card) by February 15, 2009. We have also established an extra incentive for those exhibitors who register for both conferences. Please review the Exhibitor Contract for specific information. Again this year, you can select your exhibit space for both conferences here. This feature is only available through online registration and is not available if you register by mail or fax. If you choose not to register online, trade show space will be assigned as contracts and payment are received.

Since we have space for only 31 exhibitors at our Spring Leadership Conference, we want to give our Business Affiliate members first opportunity to register at these special rates. Non-BAs can register after January 1st. After February 15th the rates for all exhibitors will increase.
