ANNUAL CONFERENCE:
8’ x 10’ Booth

1-6’ table, pipe and drape, an identification sign, pre and post conference promotion, admission for up to 2 representatives.

For one or both conferences: Forms and payment must be received by February 15, 2009 for special conference rates.

Note: Your booth fee includes all food and beverages for up to two (2) representatives during the Trade Show hours. There will be an additional cost for more than two (2) representatives at your booth. Space will be on a first come/first serve basis. AHCA reserves the right to reassign space.
