ANNUAL AWARDS
The Arizona Health Care Association wants to recognize individual staff, department teams, volunteers and residents for the hard work and dedication to improving the lives of AHCA’s residents in long term care and assisted living. The Annual Awards Luncheon is a chance to honor those who go “above and beyond” their job duties, those who create new and innovative programs, the unsung heroes who volunteer, and those who go that extra mile to help each and every day. Take the time to nominate one or several individuals for an AHCA Award. Remember – explain to the Awards Committee in detail why you believe your nominee should receive an award.
