American Assisted Living Nurses Association
Arizona Chapter Forms
The Arizona Health Care Association is pleased to announce a new partnership with the American Assisted Living Nurses Association (AALNA) and the National Center for Assisted Living (NCAL). With the Arizona Health Care Association as the sponsoring agency for this new partnership in Arizona, a State Chapter of AALNA has been launched for assisted living nurses statewide. This collaborative effort will bring increased educational and professional development, and networking opportunities for nurses who work in assisted living facilities. The benefits of being a member of AALNA include:
- Increasing the recognition of nursing in assisted living and providing a forum for peer-to-peer networking
- Providing an opportunity for educational forums specifically designed for assisted living nurses
- Certification and competency programs for assisted living nurses
- AALNA’s monthly newsletter with current assisted living news and clinical updates in each issue
- Resources for research related to nursing practice and resident outcomes
- Access to the AALNA email listserv
- Discounted registration to AALNA’s annual conference (held in conjunction with AHCA/NCAL’s annual convention)
- Discounted registration to AHCA/NCAL annual convention
